About the role:

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to implement analytical solutions, working in multidisciplinary squads. These solutions range from understanding the product, analysis, and development of transformation pipelines to building analytical solutions (dashboards, reports) that generate business impact. You will collaborate closely with squad members (Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, among others) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.


Overall, you will:

  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and present actionable findings to the team.

  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerts on critical indicators.

  • Develop and implement dashboards to optimize key metrics.

  • Collaborate within the squad to design and implement analytical solutions that meet business needs.

  • Translate squad requirements into data models and transformations within the data warehouse.

  • Coordinate with Data Engineering and other squads to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience creating actionable metrics and data-driven solutions: pipelines, ML model consumption.

  • Analytical and communication skills to work with technical and business profiles within the squad.

  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and event-driven platforms (MixPanel, Amplitude, etc.).

  • Advanced SQL and solid data analysis skills.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (ideally GCP) and transformation tools such as dbt, Dataform, Looker, and Python.

  • Collaborative mindset focused on continuous value delivery.
